Monthly package for Jasmine Rose:
Outcomes + intentions:
Translate Jasmine’s body of work into infrastructure
Build a self-sustaining funnel + delivery system
Prepare Jasmine’s business to run while she’s offline for 4+ months (end of 2026)
Hold Jasmine through a CEO identity upgrade
Inclusions from Emily:
As this is high-level, strategic, and intimate work, it is charged as a monthly package, not hourly. Each month will require different phases of creative work and access, and this allows us flexibility to evolve with the aliveness of our work together rather than treat it like ticking off tasks. To create some containment and context, this would translate to around 15 hrs/per week (including VA support).
Investment:
4000 AUD, billed on the first of each month (3900 CAD)
Includes up to 10 hours of VA work (extra above this will be billed separately as add-on)
Emily — accessible Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday PST via Slack/comms TBD (available on these days with quicker responsiveness)
Weekly 30min call to establish goals, communicate timelines + touchpoint
Implementation = Emily + Emily to manage VA without Jasmine to save double handling / ensure quality control
